All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. An order confirmation does not guarantee fulfilment if stock is unavailable or payment is not received. We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a refund where necessary.

We accept payment via major credit cards, debit cards, and online banking transfer.

6. Shipping

Free shipping is available for orders above RM500 within Peninsular Malaysia.

7. Returns Policy

  • General Policy Unless due to incorrect delivery or damaged products, all sales are final and non-refundable, and goods are not eligible for exchange.
  • Step 1: Request for Return If you wish to return the product within three days of delivery, please contact us via WhatsApp at 010-915 0150 and provide your order details.
  • Damaged Products Upon receiving your shipment, please inspect the box for any damage incurred during transit. It is normal for the shipping box to show some wear and tear; however, if the contents inside are damaged, please retain the box, packing materials, and the product, and contact us immediately. Any damage reported more than two days after receipt of the goods will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Step 2: Return Process Returned products must be unused and in their original packaging (unaltered product, intact shrink wrap, and anti-counterfeit code). The product must be returned within five days of your notification to us about the return. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required for processing the return.

WhatsApp: 010-915 0150 You will need to cover the cost of return shipping. We will refund the shipping fee to your account up to MYR 10 for returns within Malaysia.
